26 Ed's software has proven to increase participants (support staff, teachers, admin, etc) understanding and confidence in four areas identified as Key Equity Drivers (KED's); Building Culture, Personal/Professional Development, Community Engagement and Racial Equity Competence. We took the set of questions pertaining to Racial Equity Competence and looked at the before and after among staff who had been at that school over different periods of time - below are the results:
